Former Employee - Research Analyst  in  London, England (UK)
Former Employee - Research Analyst in London, England (UK)

Pros

Salary is good, very good if you are a ED / Partner. Their list of clients is (like with all the BIG 5) impressive and historic.

Cons

Awful HR Manager (no warmth - very process driven)
Poor interviewing technique for new hires - often late - dont provide proper feedback - dont wait to build good rapport with candidates. Awful progression from RA to Consultant, Snobish attitude and they question the fact that anyone outside of RR could have achieved success in their firm in exec search. Feels like a place where those wich went to good Universities but with poor subjects go to earn big. High levels of turnover.

    Former Employee - Research Consultant

    Pros

Thorough training around diligence and understanding how to leverage networks. Company designed customized, advanced systems compared to others in the industry and truly help with productivity. Team building activities are over the top; great for cross-pollenization across geographies and industries and much fun.

    Cons

Management tends to over analyze albeit hiring, promotions, and systems. Mentoring is a challenge for such a flat organization.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
