Too many hours, not enough support

ProsThe money was decent, the candy is good.

Constoo many hours with hiring criteria being too strict to easily hire more help. generally holidays mean little to no days off with ridiculously long hours. overtime money is nice, but not at the expense of general well-being and overall happiness as a person.

Advice to Senior Managementtrust your employees to do the right thing, less micromanagement

    Russell Stover - Hand packed in small batches by minority workers with dirty fingernails!

    Pros: You get paid weekly . . . not too many… Cons: Absolute chaos in production scheduling. Rampant favoritism. Open racism & sexual harrassment.     Pros: No Fault absence/tardy policy. You do not need to give… Cons: Because of the "No Fault" absence policy, once you reach your allotment of absences, if you have an emergency,whether it's child-related, an accident, anything beyond… Advice to Senior Management: You need to diversify with regard to ALL positions in corporate office! The word IS spreading… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
