The Learning Center was the most rewarding hourly wage job I've ever worked at.

ProsMy duties included signing students in, answering the phone, and cleaning the dry-erase boards. None of those are onerous tasks. If was a particularly busy day, such as the days before midterms when lots of students come in for tutoring, then my shift would seem to go by very quickly.

ConsThere are some days where there are no tutors working and no one comes in to study. I wasn't allowed to study at my desk, so those shifts were sometimes tough to get through.

Advice to Senior ManagementThis is an important service for the Rutgers community. Keep up the good work.
