I have been working at Rutgers University full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Schedules and paid time off are very flexible. The benefits are tremendous. There are many jobs in many different departments so the needs of this employer are varied and many.

    Cons

Each department has their own budget and not all departments have the money for computer equipment and training. Forced to be in a union for certain positions

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have the union be a choice, not a requirement that we have to pay for.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO
