    Pros

    Gain experience in insurance field, develop and strengthen interpersonal skills, accountability, promotional opportunities after 6 mos, can accrue up to 8 occurances

    Cons

    I came in with a start up program, which continues to be chaotic, Decent amount of turnover, lack of clarity in processes

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Provide clarity in programs and promote a more healthy environment (ex: increase in physical activity programs, healthier snacks)

    I have been working at RxCrossroads full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Temp controlled work place . Good lower level management. Temp controlled work place. Temp controll work atmosphere. Good lower level management.

    Cons

    No incentive packages. No bonus. No set schedule. Cannot make personal plans during the week. Does not value good employees, only want to punish bad work performance , attendance, etc. Must work to earn vacation time. Vacation time is PTO.

    Start recognizing the good employees you have
