    Pros

    Great support from upper management. Answer to any question is right around the corner. Offer ESOP program which increases retirement package value.

    Cons

    As a sales and marketing representative you constantly have to work weekends. Also, new communities are slow to come around so there is a huge gap in between promotions before you can run your own community.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Constantly remind your non-promoted employees how valuable they are and help them fight harder to ensure a quicker promotion once they are ready for next steps.
