“Great Pros, Glaring Cons”

Current Employee – been working at Ryan, LLC

Pros – Opportunity for growth, a lot of opportunity to learn and build a vast knowledge base, ample vacation time, employees who can't "hang" are weeded out by the workload - like minded coworkers

Cons – Pay is low, "myRyan" is supposed to be a guilt free flexible work environment, but guilt for time off and pressure to work more hours definitely exists and is prevalent throughout the company, antiquated technology impedes working at home when you actually can

Advice to Senior Management – Fairly distribute engagements between teams, raise pay
