I worked at Ryan Partnership full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great people and culture.
Flexibility to work from home.
Nice offices / good location

Cons

Too much senior staff - not enough people to do the work

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Senior management - vp and above needs to be more involved and take more ownership. Also provide more guidance and mentoring to their teams

I worked at Ryan Partnership as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

People are smart, generally helpful, and there are a lot of snacks

    Cons

Work is not stimulating, older employees do not have current skills but remain in management and are as such incompetent leaders, environment is stuffy and noncollaborative, silent, cubicles do not encourage contact.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Direct marketing is going obsolete; your direct marketing employees will also if they don't expand their skill sets

I worked at Ryan Partnership full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Opportunity to work with a few nice people.

    Cons

No training and no room for errors of any kind. You're not encouraged to ask questions. No streamlined way to do things. Each accounting team handles the job their own way. To many late nights. Only work life balance is for management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer some training. Be willing to answer questions more.
