“When it comes to promotions its who you know not the best qualified or educated.”
Current Employee – been working at Ryder System
Pros – The time off is accommodating.
Cons – The way promotions are handled, pay caps, communication between management and employees is only downward.
Advice to Senior Management – Try to promote from within like they say they do.
