Pros
Great training and people. Benefits are great - large matching on 401k. Cannot have insurance for spouse, however, if they are offered through their work. Not too big a deal.
Cons
Constant re-structuring within. Regions change, new focus groups come and go. There is always a flavor of the month here. Just as you get used to one initiative, another one has been implemented.
Advice to Senior Management
Find something that works and stick with it. Is the NE really where all of the talent is in the company? If you are from Boston of NY, you seem to be on the fast track to becoming upper management.
