Ryder System Logistics Engineer in Novi, MI:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Very fair when it comes to work/life balance. The ability to work from home exists if necessary. Also, immediately start off with two weeks paid vacation. Good company match for the 401K program.

Cons

Compensation is slightly lower than industry averages.

Advice to Senior Management

Communicate changes/updates to their employees in a timely and effective manner.
