The pay is good. Once you get to the next level you can make very good money in less than a year.

Cons

Sometimes people are moved up to the next level without being shown how to do things in the correct manner.

Advice to Senior Management

I would make sure that managers are involved in showing new people how to do things. They are sometimes put out there with out knowing what to do.
