Ryder System – “Overrall good experience”

Pros

They provided me with the opportunity to work with a leader in the truck leasing industry. Normal work hours helped with my kids.

Cons

The pay was not enough to support a family and the opportunity for advancement was not as easily accesible as management made it seem.

Advice to Senior Management

In order to make Ryder better they need to provide their employees with a better career track and better pay rates for associates with experience in the industry.
