Ryder System – “Overall, a fairly good company to work for..”
2 of 2 people found this helpfulPros
I enjoy the flexible scheduling available. The benefits are fair and comprehensive. There are opportunities to learn (classes and presentations).
Cons
Promotional raises are pretty small. I feel underpaid for my position. They treat new hires better than exisiting employees (compensation wise). If you hire in at a lesser salary you will always be underpaid. The work can be stressful at times (I work for the Auto Industry).
Advice to Senior Management
compensate existing employees better so that you can retain talent.
