Ryder System – “Bad experience for me. A big disappointment.”

Pros

Ryder is a Fortune 400 company. They have good products and business strategies with a lot of big name customers.

Cons

poorly selected professionals. The engineers/analysts I met did not know what they are doing, did not understand customer requirements and did not know how to do a anlysis. And bad managers. Very low morale on the team I worked in.

Advice to Senior Management

establish a good hiring procedure to hire qualified people. Provide trainings to managers on how to make a happy team.
