Solid financial company. Sr. Mgmt knows how to make a profit in hard times.
Very diversified culture and business groups. Each Team/Group handles specific accounts and customers and has intimate knowledge of each customers needs.

Cons

Compensation is below industry average by nearly 30-40%. Growth opportunities are limited at best.
Aging work force and management.
Training is non-existent, Reviews are done anually yet no salary adjustments. Template for reviews is unclear what is expected of employees

Advice to Senior Management

While times are tough, you need to come up in your salary structure or you will lose good people. Sr. Mgrmt needs to get out in the field and talk to thier people, find out what is really going on in the business. Need to expand the customer base and look for opportunities for growth not just stay with the same old business year after year.
