Pros

The work you do and the feeling of an accomplisment when you work a problem to a solution so the customer is not affected.

Cons

The plant manager and the plant assistant manager. The dictatoship management style lack of support from the HR department, and from field management.

Advice to Management

Replace current plant leadership with a more rounded and capable staff.

    Failed communication, totalitarian-type leadership styles, and inability to move up the ladder, regardless of effort.

    Increase communicative integration and interdepartmental involvement. Validate and comprehend the invaluable need for safety, including preventative maintenance to decrease potential for incident or injury.
