great management who really care about their employees. Great atmosphere to work in with above avg salary for the area. A chance to work for a company that gives you a great opportunity to advance within the company and reach your career goals

Cons

The plant is in a bad part of town and the bathrooms could be cleaner but I am picky about bathrooms

Advice to Senior Management

The managers here are all very capable in qualified. They are excellent teachers who really take the time to make sure you have all the tools to successfully execute your job
