Pros

The pros of Rylem over other vendors is that Rylem recruiters can be upfront about the hiring managers, and can provide you some "heads up" about potential pitfalls prior to you accepting the assignment.

    I worked at Rylem

    Pros

The opportunity to recruit great people for some good PNW companies.

    Cons

Lack of morals in the entire management team. No boundaries are left uncrossed. Double standards and unethical behaviour are the norm. It is a churn and burn environment where only a small number of individuals are valued. Everyone else is dispensible and knows they are.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Business and pleasure cross the line too often and to too great an extent within your organization. Your team could use come maturiry and professionalism.

The working environment is very unprofessional and I found it to be quite toxic.

    Cons

The Management team doesn't know how to manage; they are extremely disrespectful to employees and very unprofessional.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep relationships professional with employees and treat them with respect.
