I worked at Rylem
Pros – It was sometimes entertaining to watch them try to run the business and fix what they couldn't figure out.
Cons – The owners do not have the slightest bit of respect for any employee. But they can be charming so you might think that they respect you. They do not. Performance is not rewarded. Ideas are not cultivated. Problems are not fixed. They do not trust themselves and are not able to trust anyone.
Advice to Senior Management – Get out of the way.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
