Pros

It was sometimes entertaining to watch them try to run the business and fix what they couldn't figure out.

Cons

The owners do not have the slightest bit of respect for any employee. But they can be charming so you might think that they respect you. They do not. Performance is not rewarded. Ideas are not cultivated. Problems are not fixed. They do not trust themselves and are not able to trust anyone.

    Pros

The pros of Rylem over other vendors is that Rylem recruiters can be upfront about the hiring managers, and can provide you some "heads up" about potential pitfalls prior to you accepting the assignment.

    Cons

Sometimes, the recruiters are not aware of project problems.

Not the place to grow your career

    Pros

The opportunity to recruit great people for some good PNW companies.

    Cons

Lack of morals in the entire management team. No boundaries are left uncrossed. Double standards and unethical behaviour are the norm. It is a churn and burn environment where only a small number of individuals are valued. Everyone else is dispensible and knows they are.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Business and pleasure cross the line too often and to too great an extent within your organization. Your team could use come maturiry and professionalism.
