A place that really cares about work/life balance...if you live in Racine Wisconsin.

ProsSalary, lots of opportunity to move up or across. The business is big enough that you probably couldn't get bored.

ConsIn Racine Wisconsin. People stay for a long time so the culture is a bit stagnant. Actual office spaces are not inspiring. Some are not even pleasant.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore flexibility on working remotely. Better health insurance plan.
