Great people, different projects and exciting products.

Cons

I sometimes ran out of standard assignments, but it wasn't hard to get projects from other departments / teams.

    - Friendly people, generally willing to help (politics are almost nonexistent)
    - Work is well structured, it's clear what is expected of you

    Cons

    - Sometimes work can get boring, especially if the tasks are fairly repetitive.
