Good internship program

Software Developer Intern (Former Employee) New York, NY

Pros- The program itself is well structured.
- Get to choose which projects you want to work on (there is a list and each intern will give their top 3, it mostly worked out for my batch that everyone got something from that list)
- Very casual dressing in a building full of formal dressers.

Cons- HR can be a stickler.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet another floor! There is no space left for even new full time hires what more for interns!

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Pros: Prior to Sr. Management's misguided "house cleaning": *Hard work was acknowledged and… Cons: Now that almost EVERYONE from Technology (Development + Infrastructure) has quit since May 2011, there is hardly any knowledge transfer and an embarrassing zero mentor-ship.… Advice to Senior Management: I cannot offer any. You've already destroyed what was once a great company.
