ProsCompany has strong strategy and leadership.

ConsLots of politics and depending on your role - you shoudl expect to work very hard.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to place a stronger emphasis on making those in the second tier of management happier and more engaged in the strategy. The company has gone through some ups and downs and many changes over the past coiuple of years.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
