“S&T Bank Is a Good Place to Work But NOT Paid Enough”

I have been working at S&T full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Co workers, vacation, 401 K, training, sick time

Cons – pay, pay pay pay pay

Advice to Senior Management – You should utilize your employees and make sure that they are paid a decent wage. Afterall they are committed.
