    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Open and honest communication among local team. One of the best office location and facility I have experienced. High integrity and compliance standard was great.

    Cons

Not fair in treating employees, not the best people are promoted. C&B is not comparable to the market. Recent global and local management change does not make sense to grow the business.

    Advice to Management

Better retain the best talent, so further disaster can be prevented. Lack of employee engagement will be a long term issue.
