    1.Hangover of the GE culture in many managers, hence having a closed mindset
    2.HR doesn't communicate well with employees hence there is a lot of communication gap between employees and HR Dept.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. HR needs to wake up and retain talent. Please conduct "STAY INTERVIEWS" of employees instead or just exit interviews to help retain talent
    2. Compensation is below par from industry standards in India
