    Pros

    - Professional Environment (at least where I work at)
    - Convenient Environment (Most of the time)
    - Management Continuous Support in Business Matter
    - Decent Pay (Relatively to similar organizations in the nation)
    - Development Programs for New Engineers (in SABIC KSA, SABIC Americas, and SABIC Asia)
    - Company's Continuous Expansion Since 2005
    - Mature Mentality of Most Employees
    - Excellent Office (well cooling/ heating centralized AC, some of the best in class chairs, desks and PCs) - (Albeit they are minor elements to consider, they constitute a difference)

    Cons

    - Inconvenient Management Push (at times) to Strive for Excellency
    - Changes of Management Very Fast to Establish a Consistent Bureacratic Pattern
    - Distance between Some Departments (as some of which work independently from others)
    -

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Press and Relief Method to be Applied More Frequently (at least where I work)
    - More Integration Between Different SABIC Affilates Internationally than Currently.
    - Rotations between Departments and Affiliates to Create a Higher Variety in Work Mentality
    - Remaining on top of Technology and More Polishing of Creativity and Innovation... (to Remain on the top)
