    I worked at SAIC

    Pros

    $12 per hr - that's about it.

    Cons

This company (particularly the A/P dept) is so disorganized. They don't bother to train new hires adequately enough to do the job right. (My own trainer didn't know what she was doing.) Management is rude and condescending. There is no opportunity for advancement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a good honest look at your accounts payable dept and ask yourself if this is acceptable.

I have been working at SAIC

    Pros

You will achieve a good amount of experience and skill sets due to their use of many industry standard enterprise software. Good people to work with.

    Cons

Benefits aren't so great. Management is very political. Great work ethics and meeting your goals is not good enough to move up. You really need a good relationship with the top.
