SAIC not a good place if you value the Job you do as much as the Salary.

I worked at SAIC full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Salary is good. The Bonus policy is very discriminating.

    Cons

Stress is high. Employees are clickish and are out for themselves. You have to do something exceptional to get a bonus or know the right person which drives most employees to be out for themselves and not very trustworthy.

    Advice to Management

Management talks a lot of "we are such a good company to work for" but they don't see the lower level daily life. Their policies were written in a glass bubble. No retaliation policy is a joke when senior management acknowledge they only get out the rule books when they want to get rid of someone.
