I have been working at SAIC full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Easy work
Hours are constant except around gov FY end (oct-november)

Cons

lack of culture. No team building or outside relationships with coworkers

more enriching culture for younger workers

    decentralized, hard to figure out who is in charge sometimes

    I have been working at SAIC full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Their benefits are good. As a contractor housed at the customer site I don't deal much with SAIC but when I need them the support staff is great.

    Cons

    I have very little oversight so the performance review cycles are a bit tricky
