Pros

Very stable and reputable company. Many IT and Engineering opportunities. Very liberal atmosphere (in IT). Great collaborative working environment. Good place to be.

Cons

Some positions (like mine) require you to be on call for more than 40 hours a week. Fluctuating leadership at the top levels.

    Pros

Compensation packages - pay and benefits, even to same-sex partners.

    Cons

Timecard fraud by co-workers and superiors, other ethical issues, security and policy breaches. Low toleration of "whistle blowers" despite quarterly ethics training. Little oversight from corporate - remote location given too much leeway.

    Advice to Management

    Keep lower management more accountable.

    Pros

Flex schedule, relatively laid back environment, interesting projects.

    Cons

Poor management. Ex military gets put in managerial roles ahead of everyone else, regardless if they have the qualifications. Job security. They don't seem to work very hard to find you placement when your project ends.

    Advice to Management

Take a look at who you put in charge and make sure they are able to lead others effectively.
