    Pros

    The company looks out for people. Raises have been OK. You have to work hard to get noticed since there are a lot of good people.

    Cons

    Contract work. Contract could end at any time. Always dealing with a pissed off customer.

    I have been working at SAIC full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    They preach integrity and much to their credit, they practice it. No allowance for failing to do the right thing when working for SAIC. Makes you proud to be associated with them. And the company is well respected for what it can bring to a customer.

    Cons

    Like so many others, driven to generate revenue, even though it may have negative impacts on employees, but the company often tries to mitigate those impacts.
