Current Employee – been working at SAIC full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Good pay, great hours. Solid company with good fringe benefits.

Cons – Contract work is always hard as you have to deal with different companies often on the same team.

Advice to Senior Management – Take more time to visit sites out in the field.
