    Pros

SAIC is a large defense contractor that is recognizable throught Government circles. It is a great company to have on your resume.

    Cons

There are ever changing career paths so it is hard to stay on track. Management does not seem involved in the employee career paths unless you actively stay on their radar. If OH budgets aren't available then they cut back on training and equipment upgrades.

    Advice to Management

I would tell them they need to creat some defined career paths and keep track of the up and coming talent to ensure they are staying on track and are being recognized for that.
