A pretty good defense contractor

I have been working at SAIC full-time for more than 3 years

ProsGood pay, lots of varied programs/projects, interesting work

ConsSAIC is effectively a body shop for the Government. This is not necessarily a con but people who join SAIC should understand this and not take it personally that the company won't "carry" you when a contract goes away.

Advice to Senior ManagementNothing really...

Pros: Extremely hard to get fired Cons: No promotions from within. Little work available highly inexperienced management team Culture is highly toxic HR… Advice to Senior Management: Before you put somebody in management give them training!
