    Pros

I worked for SAIC for 12 years and I walked away with some GREAT memories and even greater friends. If you had the pleasure to work for SAIC when it was an Employee Owned Company, it was Great! It was like a family, everyone worked together towards a common goal!
    THANK YOU Mr. Robert Beyster!

    Cons

Now that it is publicly traded, the employees are nothing! The share holders are the main focus. Oh and the second SAIC CEO John Jumper plans on a company split, so February 2013 over 700 employees were let go! These were great, loyal people that had 15 years + dedicated to SAIC.
    Thanks Jumper.
