    Pros

good money, can be promoted in good time.

    Cons

Never get paid on time, do not back up their employees and when employee gives quit notice they will fire you before that time and then will not give you your last paycheck.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your employees and when someone has stuck by a company for more than a year do not make them work for no pay. It makes it hard on the family
