    Pros

The company was comprised of a cadre of highly skilled engineers and scientists whose interest and success in problem solving set them apart from their competitors.

    Cons

Taking the company public slowly eroded the focus from serving customers to satisfying wall street.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remember the roots of success in the company and restore focus on customer solutions and not Wall Street analysts.

I have been working at SAIC

    Pros

SAIC is a great company to work for. They are flexible, congenial, and very supportive of their staff on all levels.

    Cons

As an international corporation they promote telecommuting which can make doing business a little more complicated, but also easier. Not necessarily a con, just a notable difference.
