Former Employee – worked at SAIC

Pros – Professional company with lots of support and great compensation. Big company but divisions are close. Always someone you can go to for advise or assistance.

Cons – Jobs are defined by the contracts. Senior staff is involved with proposal writing which is sporatic but can be time consuming.

Advice to Senior Management – Some managers can use mentoring. Not everyone is manager material even if they are great at their job. Need strong second in command if you have a weak manager.
