    Pros

Pay was good, experience new things, learn new things, and the people are easy to get along with.

    Cons

It's a government contractor you never know when you'll be let go, it's just the nature of the job.

I have been working at SAIC full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Competitive salaries
    Good benefits
    Flex-work
    Large worldwide company
Diverse opportunities (if you have the appropriate security clearance)

    Cons

Company is splitting into two entities (SAIC and Leidos)
Recently went from having own offices with a windows to an interior cube structure
New top management does not seem as employee focused as their predecessors
Need secret or top secret clearance for many of the opportunities

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Would rather they focused more on long term gain rather than short term cost cuts.
