I have been working at SAIC full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Pay was good, experience new things, learn new things, and the people are easy to get along with.

    Cons

It's a government contractor you never know when you'll be let go, it's just the nature of the job.

    Advice to Management

Try to continue to do your best on not keeping your employees in the dark and continue to keep them updated on every aspect of the job.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at SAIC full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Competitive salaries Good benefits Flex-work Large worldwide company Diverse opportunities (if you have the appropriate security clearance)

    Cons

Company is splitting into two entities (SAIC and Leidos) Recently went from having own offices with a windows to an interior cube structure New top management does not seem as employee focused as their predecessors Need secret or top secret clearance for many of the opportunities

    Advice to Management

Would rather they focused more on long term gain rather than short term cost cuts.
