Pros

Mid-Level Management are very hard working and considerate.
Lots of opportunities to expand knowledge and experience.

Cons

Too locked into specific government customers, should try expanding into commercial market.
Wasting talent and resources on too restrictive of customer.

Seek opportunities to tap in to commercial world.

    Talented team members from which one can share and learn. I've been rehired five times.

    Cons

    The nature of contract employment is that if your contract is up, it's up, and you have to find another position, hopefully close to where you live.
