Advice to Senior Management

Go back to being employee-owned and focus on research, or just merge with a big company. It is a joke when you try to compete with the likes of Northrop, Boeing, and Lockheed on big integrated systems when we would just have to subcontract out the construction of such systems anyway because we don't have the infrastructure to do it ourselves. If you want to really compete, invest in the infrastructure or merge with a company that already has it.
