    Pros

Talented people across a wide base of career fields, supporting virtually industry leaves a lot of room for career growth. The new company design affords ample opportunities for training, advancement, and relocation for those interested in travel.

    Cons

Occasionally poor communication from upper management, historically silo'd areas of operation. Recruitment and advancement opportunities not well advertised, and unless you're at a HQ location, likelihood of promotion beyond line management are slim.

Engage employees more fully in the decisionmaking process, and communicate rationale in a clear way that includes analyzed alternatives. Seek talent out from within.
