I have been working at SAIC

    Pros

    - Compensation (they really appreciate the skills and pay accordingly)
    - Benefits
    - Complex projects, very talented colleagues
    - Strong culture

    Cons

    - Since the company went public, they care for quantitative growth as opposed to quality.
    - Not sure senior management as any clear idea about what leadership is (but this depends on the business unit).
    - You can get stuck in a project that does not match your skills whatsoever and get no support

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Listen to employees, pay attention to employee development (not only in terms of formal training courses, but also informal learning).
