Pros – good place to work, comfort environment, good coworker, good company

Cons – Salary not as good as other major company, growth space is limited, and benefits are very limited by the sources

Advice to Senior Management – provide more benefits as well as the bringing the company to the next cloud level so that employee can actually willing to work
