“A good and educating experience.”
Current Employee – been working at SANIMAX
Pros – Sanimax has great benifits. All employees are treated fairly and as people. Everyone is on a 1st name basis even with the size of the company. Very family oriented!
Cons – Dept budgets. Supplying some depts with desired equipment.
Advice to Senior Management – I feel it would be a good idea to appoint 1 person in each dept to be elected by the dept to meet with lead personel to discuss employee moral, ideas, needs, and just a chat 1 on 1 about there dept. Its much more personal and meaningful than a suggestion box.
