Access to SAP's latest product release.

Cons

Very high level of office politics and very less opportunity to grow.
Highly unprofessional management team.
Never think of going again.
Never bother about you or your personal life.

Advice to Management

Change the culture in company to make it employee friendly because remember you are also an employee of this company and the moment you need your company to support you, it will behave the same way as you behaved with your subordinates.

    worldwide company, new technology, intelligent people

    Cons

    bureaucratic, no promotion, self-centric management, plenty of corporate fat cats (middle management nothing doing)

    Support and commit with the talent people when calling them, not just political speeches.
    Faster hiring, promote the talented people.

    Open culture, reasonable expectations.. young team and organization... globally a well run company. good global teams to work with. strong ethics

    Cons

    interteam issues cd come up. Led by LE mindset.. SMe is still a wip...tactically driven and not an organization in the making in india

    build an India ce ntric environment
    develop employee priendly politices - some happening
    career planning is weal
    HR is weak
