Great team, great brand, but not built for Cloud, yet.

    Cutting edge technology
    Smart People
    Loyal Customers
    Family Friendly
    Strong Work-Life Balance
Great perks like free lunches and on-site gym

-Can be hard to navigate through as they are huge, with many differnt business units
-As part of the Cloud group, it was difficult to perform without the proper infrastructure
-Still a very on-prem culture; not very agile when it comes to your typical "cloud" go to market strategy

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Understand that SAP has 40 years of success in the on-prem world, but also understand that Cloud is a very different business model with different buyer mindsets. We need a different go to market strategy. It may make sense to listen to the "feet on the street" as you alter the current GTM strategy.
