I have been working at SAP

    Pros

Free gym membership with classes for employees, stipend towards lunch, corp. activities are fun company picnics, christmas parties etc. Many opportunities to network and meet successful people.

    Cons

Too many part time employees - interns, contract workers etc. No formal training to start out in a large and complicated corp. most of the learning (if you are not in IT) comes from your own network you build. HR is unresponsive and removed, getting a raise is difficult, constant layoffs are always a concern.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create more of a UNIVERSAL onboarding program to help new employees, enhance HR make them more accesable to employees. STOP HIRING INTERNS TO DO FULL TIME JOBS.
